Our safety production vision is to develop a culture and environment where employees work injury free by providing the safest workplace possible for our employees, subcontractors, clients and others who enter our construction sites.
To promote an injury free culture we use a zero tolerance approach and incorporate the following practices:

- Focus on safety when meeting staffing needs
- Pre-planning (pre-job/pre-task)
- Training/Education
- Employee participation and involvement
- Subcontractor management
- Injury/incident/near miss reporting and investigations
- Drug and alcohol testing
